Logistics infrastructure and strategy consulting
Executive and management experience in the industry is packaged into services with a defined scope, deliverables and timeline. Minh Châu stands on the investor's side and does not represent any equipment supplier.

What Minh Châu does
- Logistics infrastructure: inland container depots (ICDs), ports, warehouses, industrial parks — site screening, sizing options, design briefs and support for the investor; design and supervision are carried out by certified firms
- Investment appraisal and market studies within the catchment area of each project — carried out before project formulation in order to choose the right option
- Development strategy, multi-year business plans, operational restructuring and management reporting systems
- Warehouse and port automation: automated high-bay warehouses, cold storage, smart parking, automated guided vehicles — starting with the most repetitive flow
- Financial and operational review for equity investment and M&A transactions in the industry (legal work and valuation are carried out by qualified firms)
What Minh Châu does not do
- Where Minh Châu has an interest in an option (coordination, equity), this is disclosed in writing before advising
- No equipment sales, no commissions from suppliers
- No legal opinions or valuation certificates

Layout, cargo flows and operating conditions need to be considered together.
Not Minh Châu's facilities or assets.

Quick answers
How does investment appraisal differ from investment project formulation?
Appraisal comes first, to compare and choose an option. Project formulation comes after, to submit the chosen option for approval.
How tall should a warehouse be before it is automated?
There is no universal threshold. Manual, semi-automated and automated options must be compared on the same cargo flow before deciding.
Can a port or warehouse already in operation be automated?
Yes. Start with the most repetitive internal flow, measure the results, then expand gradually without stopping operations.
How are consulting fees calculated?
By scope and deliverables, agreed in the proposal before work begins. Every contract includes a confidentiality undertaking.
